Lakshmi Rising 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Syllabus
Deepen Your Practice, Refine Your Teaching, Embody Your Wisdom
The Lakshmi Rising 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is an advanced, in-person immersion designed for certified 200-hour yoga teachers ready to refine their craft and expand their professional and spiritual horizons.
This Yoga Alliance RYS-300 program goes beyond foundational teacher training to explore advanced asana, sequencing, subtle body energetics, trauma-informed education, Ayurveda, women’s health, leadership, and professional evolution.
Much of the curriculum is taught alongside our 200-hour teacher training cohort, creating a rich learning environment where advanced students can revisit foundational teachings with greater depth and perspective. Because every teacher arrives with a unique background, lineage, and level of experience, we meet you where you are. Some material may feel like a valuable review, some may introduce concepts you have never explored, and some will offer an opportunity to build upon and deepen your existing understanding.
This approach reflects a core principle of yoga: that growth is not simply about acquiring new information, but about continually refining our relationship to what we think we already know. Through shared learning, advanced study, dedicated mentorship, and specialized coursework, you will cultivate the clarity, confidence, and discernment that distinguish experienced teachers.
Rooted in the Lakshmi Rising lineage—integrating Sri Krishnamacharya’s vinyasa principles, Ayurveda, plant-based living, and experiential self-inquiry—this training will empower you to teach and live yoga with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
