Your Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Italy
This training unfolds within a spacious and inspiring environment to support integration, expansion, and the continued evolution of your teaching.
This is where your teaching becomes your own.
If you’ve completed a 200-hour training but still feel there is more to integrate, refine, and embody, this 300-hour yoga teacher training in Italy is designed for that next stage.
It is not about learning more for the sake of more.
It is about deepening your understanding, refining your voice, and stepping more fully into your role as a teacher.
One of the unique aspects of our program is that 300-hour students learn alongside our 200-hour teacher training cohort for much of the training. This intentional approach reflects a core principle of yoga: that wisdom develops not by moving beyond the foundations, but by returning to them again and again with greater presence, curiosity, and insight.
Because students arrive with diverse backgrounds, teaching experience, and perspectives, shared learning creates rich opportunities for deeper exploration. Concepts that once felt familiar often reveal new dimensions of meaning, strengthening both your personal understanding and your ability to communicate these teachings to others.
Set within a wide, open landscape of vineyards and countryside, the environment in Italy invites both creative expansion and deeper clarity in your teaching.
Surrounded by nature and a dedicated group of practitioners, the experience supports a dynamic rhythm—balancing focused study with openness, connection, and inspiration.
This setting naturally supports both personal integration and the continued evolution of your teaching.

I attended Lakshmi Rising’s 300 hr program in Italy during the summer of 2024. While the program was rigorous, I left with a deep understanding of asana, philosophy, and general teaching practices. The knowledge of the teachers is stellar and I enjoyed the community that was created during the immersive experience. I highly recommend Lakshmi Rising!

This is a busy course but you do get time most afternoons to relax, and we had three days off where we enjoyed sightseeing in Verona, cycling beautiful riverside routes, or relaxing in a spa or lake complex. And don’t forget some wine tasting. All of these were with fantastic friends each on their own journey from around the world.”

WHY LAKSHMI RISING
A Different Kind of Advanced Training
Our 300-hour yoga teacher training in Italy is designed for integration, refinement, and depth.
It builds on your foundational training—not by adding more for the sake of more, but by helping you clarify, embody, and meaningfully apply what you already know.
This is where your practice and your teaching begin to come into alignment.
Guided by nearly three decades of study and teaching, founder and director Liz Lindh shapes each training with care, precision, and a deep respect for both tradition and the individual experience of each student.
The result is a learning environment that is both rigorous and supportive—one that invites genuine growth as a teacher and practitioner.
Through somatic movement, refined sequencing, subtle body exploration, and sustained self-inquiry, you’ll develop a more nuanced and embodied approach to teaching. Supported by daily practice, plant-based nourishment, and an intentional community, the experience fosters clarity, depth, and a greater sense of direction in your teaching.
By the end of the training, what you’ve learned will not simply be understood—it will be integrated in a way that naturally informs how you teach, practice, and live beyond the training.
“Training with Lakshmi Rising has given me far more than I hoped for. I would highly recommend this training if you are looking to deepen your practice and connect with your authentic self. I now feel I can lean more intuitively and creatively into what I teach. I feel more authentic as a teacher, I have learned some important lessons about myself and feel in a better position to be able to help others. This training has been invaluable to me. Thank you Lakshmi Rising”
