Of course, I’m just like anyone else that read the good reviews about the school and still had doubts even after already committed to it. At the end, it turned out to be such a great experience, more than I could imagine in the first place. Liz is truly a great teacher, very knowledgeable but also with great humility. Every moment is so worth it.”

WHY LAKSHMI RISING
A Different Kind of Advanced Training
Our 300-hour yoga teacher training in Mallorca is designed for advanced study, integration, refinement, and continued growth.
It builds on your foundational training through both new material and a deeper exploration of essential teachings—giving you space to expand your knowledge while developing a more nuanced, embodied, and individual approach to teaching.
Through advanced sequencing, teaching methodology, somatic movement, anatomy and nervous system education, meditation and self-inquiry, subtle-body study, philosophy, Ayurveda, professional development, and dedicated teaching practice, you’ll continue developing both the practical and inner dimensions of your work as a teacher.
Just as importantly, the training creates space to examine how you teach: your voice, your choices, your relationship with students, the way you hold space, and the values that inform your work.
Supported by daily practice, mentorship, plant-based nourishment, and an intentional learning community, the experience is designed to help what you study become increasingly integrated into the way you teach, practice, and live.
“Liz designed and delivered an outstanding program. Her kindness, compassion, generosity, and deeply ingrained knowledge was evident in everything about this training.
