Your Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Portugal
This training unfolds within a quieter, more inward setting to support integration, reflection, and the continued development of your teaching.
This is where your teaching becomes your own.
If you’ve completed a 200-hour training but still feel there is more to integrate, refine, and embody, this 300-hour yoga teacher training in Portugal is designed for that next stage.
It is not about learning more for the sake of more.
It is about deepening your understanding, refining your voice, and stepping more fully into your role as a teacher.
One of the unique aspects of our program is that 300-hour students learn alongside our 200-hour teacher training cohort for much of the training. This intentional approach reflects a core belief of the yogic path: that growth comes not from moving beyond the fundamentals, but from returning to them with greater awareness, curiosity, and depth.
Because students arrive with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise, shared learning creates opportunities to revisit essential teachings through a new lens. What once seemed familiar often reveals deeper layers of understanding, strengthening both personal practice and the ability to teach others with clarity and confidence.
The environment in Portugal is intentionally intimate and offers space for focused study, meaningful connection, and the time needed to integrate what you’re learning each day.
Surrounded by nature and a small, dedicated group, the experience invites a slower rhythm—one that allows your practice and your teaching to evolve with clarity and depth.
This setting naturally supports both personal integration and the continued evolution of your teaching.

“Lakshmi Rising‘s 300 hour training took me much further than I could have wished for. Liz has created a unique experience, based on her profound knowledge of yoga in any possible way, combined with her kindness that acknowledges and brings out the best in every student, all nourished by Naga‘s delicious ayurvedic meals in the sacred setting of an Italian villa nestled amongst vineyards and olive groves. I wish I could do it all again and am forever grateful!”

“Truly once in a lifetime experience. I came in with some expectations. Of course, I’m just like anyone else that read the good reviews about the school and still had doubts even after already committed to it. At the end, it turned out to be such a great experience, more than I could imagine in the first place. Liz is truly a great teacher, very knowledgeable but also with great humility. Every moment is so worth it.”

WHY LAKSHMI RISING
A Different Kind of Advanced Training
Our 300-hour yoga teacher training in Portugal is designed for integration, refinement, and depth.
It builds on your foundational training—not by adding more for the sake of more, but by helping you clarify, embody, and meaningfully apply what you already know.
This is where your practice and your teaching begin to come into alignment.
Guided by nearly three decades of study and teaching, founder and director Liz Lindh shapes each training with care, precision, and a deep respect for both tradition and the individual experience of each student.
The result is a learning environment that is both rigorous and supportive—one that invites genuine growth as a teacher and practitioner.
Through somatic movement, refined sequencing, subtle body exploration, and sustained self-inquiry, you’ll develop a more nuanced and embodied approach to teaching. Supported by daily practice, plant-based nourishment, and an intentional community, the experience fosters clarity, depth, and a greater sense of direction in your teaching.
By the end of the training, what you’ve learned will not simply be understood—it will be integrated in a way that naturally informs how you teach, practice, and live beyond the training.
“Liz designed and delivered an outstanding program. Her kindness, compassion, generosity, and deeply ingrained knowledge was evident in everything about this training.
