Gaia Gourmet powers all of Lakshmi Rising’s trainings and retreats. Our talented plant-based chef creates three unforgettable vegetarian or vegan meals each day. The healthy, organic menu is inspired by the world’s greatest cuisines and artistically crafted to please all the senses. Gaia Gourmet meals are designed around the seasons, using Ayurvedic principles and incorporating the best and freshest local ingredients, herbs, and spices. We procure and serve organic produce from local family farms at all of our properties. Our meals are well-balanced and prepared with love. This positive energy is infused into the food, aiding the digestive process.

Nourish from the Inside Out
It’s important to us that you are nourished from the inside out when you join us for your Lakshmi Rising retreat or instructor training course. With a vegetarian menu (vegan and gluten-free options are available), Gaia Gourmet embraces legumes, seeds and nuts, artisan cheeses, and eggs from free-ranging chickens. We only use whole grains and natural sweeteners—the most environmentally friendly diet, and one that promotes a healthy body and mind.
Lakshmi Rising does our best to accommodate our guests’ food allergies. We can omit certain items from dishes, such as cheese, dairy, and nuts. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a completely gluten-free or nut-free environment. People with serious medical conditions such as Celiac’s Disease, or those on a 100% raw food diet should not attend a retreat. Lakshmi Rising must be informed of all serious food issues at least three weeks prior to arrival. Bring an open mind and allow your taste buds to savor this unique culinary adventure!
