CECILIA’S YOGA TEACHER TRAINING SCHEDULE
2023
NOVEMBER 19 – DECEMBER 9 SANCTUARY SANTA ANA, COSTA RICA
CECILIA FOISSARD, E-RYT 500
Cecilia Foissard, E-RYT 500
Cécilia is a French certified 500 hours Ashtanga & Vinyasa Teacher. She discovered yoga after years of competition in gymnastics when shed moved to Canada for her law and journalism studies in 2012. Former gymnast and ballet dancer, movement was part of her daily life since a very young age. First introduced to asanas, meditation came along the way. During a year, yoga became part of a daily routine. Breathing, moving, (re)connecting and sharing moments was life changing.
A first big trip in Latin America in 2014/2015 gave her the opportunity to take classes with inspiring teachers in Peru, Ecuador and Colombia. In early 2018, she took her first Ashtanga/ Vinyasa 200 hours YTT in Tampaksiring, Bali and started teaching in the French Riviera at Yoga studios, Hotels and with Private clients. The same year she taught as a guest teacher in Paraiso Yoga Studio and Anjali Casa Divina in Sayulita, Mexico. In 2021, she had the opportunity to take the 300 hour Lakshmi Rising Advanced Yoga Training Course in Costa Rica with Dr. Liz Lindh. Cecelia was invited to join the Lakshmi Rising team as a master teacher in 2022. Through movements, Cecilia loves sharing sweet but strong flows, sharply intuitive mixing dance of the breath and poetry of the body. She loves facilitating and holding space (colorful and flowery, always) in order to help people to move and find their own voice, together. For her, yoga is an art, a science, a dancing meditation as well as a real way to connect to others. It’s also a fantastic tool box to learn how to observe, how to understand, how to infuse, how to heal and finally, how to bloom. She truly considers teaching as the sweetest and the kindest duty. Teaching is actually to be at the service of the world. Gently spreading the message and sharing as much as she can for the beauty of Yoga is the most precious gift.
ANOA’S YOGA TEACHER TRAINING SCHEDULE

Anoa Monsho, RYT 500
Anoa Monsho, RYT-500, is an experienced practitioner and teacher of yoga, meditation, breathwork, intuitive movement, Pilates and expressive writing. Her life’s work centers personal transformation as the catalyst for community well-being. Anoa brings an invigorating blend of creativity, spirituality, and deep joy to her highly sought-after classes, workshops, retreats and creative projects.
A forever student, her teaching style is characterized by curiosity and a calm presence that creates connection and draws participants in, encouraging them to explore their inscapes and reveal their own intrinsic power, beauty and wholeness. Anoa’s classes are transformative experiences described by participants as profound journeys of self-exploration, self-love, acceptance, story-sharing and personal growth.
Anoa earned her 500-hour yoga teacher certification through Lakshmi Rising’s Advanced Yoga Training Program and is currently pursuing a second 300-hour training with Uplifted Yoga Teacher training. Anoa teaches restorative, Nidra, honey flow vinyasa and hatha styles of yoga.
Poised at the intersection of equity, wellness and social justice, Anoa creates sacredspaces to help her community find well-being, joy, and the tools to sculpt lives that they love as a necessary step to shaping a better world. Anoa’s writing has been featured in Yoga Journal, Essence, The Guardian, Detour XP and many other publications. About Me: My earliest memory is dancing with my grandmother. She taught me the utter joy of moving my body with both precision and abandonment. Gramma also taught me the power of story, weaving tales of myth, magic, lived experience and history into a riveting narrative that draped across her entire, glorious life. She was a southern Black woman, a healer, and a witness to both holiness and horror. When I discovered yoga at the age of 11, she watched indulgently as I flexed my young body into geometric shapes, animals, and trees. She was my first yoga student. Yoga, dance and writing are the lifelong pillars that hold me down, lift me up, and give me insight into all of life’s strange complexities. I find answers, or at least the most interesting questions, on the mat, on the page, through intuitive movement to music. Fervently believing that yoga, meditation, dance, and expressive writing could transform lives and enhance health and well-being, I began teaching yoga and dance in my community in East Austin, Texas in the early 1990s and have been teaching at community centers, universities, in corporate and nonprofit settings and internationally
since then. Here’s what I believe: Transformational well-being is an experience you can choose. That choice radiates outward, creating a planetary frequency that may heal humanity. Heal yourself, heal the world.

SATYA’S YOGA TEACHER TRAINING SCHEDULE
SATYA MOSES
Satya Moses
Satya Moses can only offer a biography in the form of gratitude. He is thankful to his parents, Robert and Meenakshi, lifelong seekers on the yogic path, who raised him in a household full of practice, meditation, wafting incense smoke, and Sanskrit verse. He is eternally indebted to Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh, his family guru, by whose grace his parents met, and into whose lineage he has been initiated. He is grateful to his adopted uncle, Dr. Robert Svoboda, for guiding by example into the myriad worlds of tantric practice. He is thankful for Mark Morey and the lineage of nature school teachers who introduced him properly to the living, uncivilized world. In his late teens and early twenties Satya traveled the world synthesizing the treasures of his upbringing with the realities of life in a plethora of places, plying his trade as an artist and illustrator. He lived for six months in the Himalayas and there underwent formal yoga education and received certification with Swami Govindananda of Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham. He is currently in a transitional life-phase, moving out of an expansive roaming youth and toward a rooted deep-listening third era, always guided by meditation, art, and nature.
