I attended Lakshmi Rising’s 300 hr program in Italy during the summer of 2024. While the program was rigorous, I left with a deep understanding of asana, philosophy, and general teaching practices. The knowledge of the teachers is stellar and I enjoyed the community that was created during the immersive experience. I highly recommend Lakshmi Rising!

WHY LAKSHMI RISING
A Different Kind of Yoga Teacher Training
Our 200-hour yoga teacher training in Italy is designed as an immersive, all-inclusive experience that integrates vinyasa yoga, classical philosophy, and modern science into a cohesive and embodied path of learning.
It is not a training focused solely on technique.
It is an opportunity to engage with yoga as a lived practice—one that supports awareness, responsibility, and meaningful personal growth.
Guided by nearly three decades of study and teaching, founder and program director Liz Lindh shapes each training with care, intention, and a deep respect for both tradition and the individual experience of each student.
The result is a learning environment that is supportive, grounded, and designed to meet you where you are.
Through somatic movement, self-inquiry, plant-based nourishment, and daily ritual, you’ll not only develop the skills to teach, you’ll also cultivate the clarity and confidence to live your practice in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Whether you feel called to teach or simply to deepen your understanding, this training meets you where you are and supports where you are going.
“Liz is an incredible teacher who approaches bodies holistically–combining studies of meditation, anatomy, ayurveda, and yoga philosophy. Liz created a safe space where I experienced unconditional support. It was really beautiful to be a part of it! I recommend this training to everyone who wants to deepen their physical practice and who wants to learn more about yoga philosophy, anatomy, and themselves.”
