Excursion to Verona Opera

“Thank you for emphasizing that “yoga can fit the body.” I have been searching for a teacher that has that mindset. I’ve been wanting to use yoga as a tool to help make the limitations in my body stronger and to be more gentle with myself mentally and emotionally. But I too often encounter teachers that overemphasize the importance of a perfect pose or ignore the issues that someone may be storing in their body.”

My meditation and yoga improved immensely and that was down to the environment that Liz created and the openness in her teaching. We had three days off where we enjoyed sightseeing in Verona, cycling beautiful riverside routes, or relaxing in a spa or lake complex. And don’t forget some wine tasting. All of these were with fantastic friends each on their own journey from around the world.
