“One of the most unexpected parts for me was the amount of self-reflection and personal growth that happened during these three weeks. I live a very fast-paced life, and being here gave me the opportunity to step away from distractions, slow down, actually sit with what was coming up, and learn so much about myself. We explored why we think the way we do, the beliefs and patterns we carry, and how to approach all of that with greater awareness.”

“I would 100% recommend Lakshmi Rising to anyone looking for a yoga teacher training. I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t enjoy about the experience. Everything felt incredibly intentional and well thought out, from the curriculum and instructors to the food and even the smallest details of the environment. I came in very new to yoga, I had taken maybe four yoga classes before arriving, and after 21 days I feel confident enough to teach a class. That is kind of incredible to me and says a lot about how well the training sets you up for success.”

Three weeks later, I feel like I have transformed as a person, and one of the most unexpected changes has been my confidence. I can now stand in front of a group and teach a yoga class, which is something I honestly didn’t know I had in me before coming here.”
WHERE YOU’LL STAY
Your Home in Mallorca, Spain
For the duration of your 200-hour yoga teacher training in Mallorca, you’ll stay at Ayurvila, a peaceful wellness finca surrounded by nature in the Mallorcan countryside.
Located between Manacor and Porto Cristo on the eastern side of the island, the property offers a quiet setting for three weeks of practice, study, and community, while keeping you connected to the beaches, villages, and Mediterranean landscapes that make Mallorca so distinctive.
The finca is designed around rest and wellbeing, with peaceful outdoor spaces, natural surroundings, and a swimming pool that offers a welcome place to relax between classes and during time off.
Living and practicing together on-site is an important part of the 21-day experience. Rather than moving between accommodation and a separate yoga school each day, your training becomes part of the rhythm of daily life, with space for focused study, shared meals, connection, and rest.
A limited selection of optional Ayurvedic treatments and massages will also be available during the training for students who would like additional support for rest and restoration. Treatment options and pricing will be provided separately once confirmed.
“I also loved being surrounded by people with different backgrounds, cultures, and belief systems. Through those conversations and through our study of yoga, Ayurveda, ritual, and philosophy, I found myself recognizing common threads around community, food, ritual, and connection. It gave me a deeper appreciation for the long history behind these practices while also helping me consider how they fit into my own life and worldview.”
WHAT YOU’LL EAT
Plant-Based Nourishment
During your 21-day training in Mallorca, meals are an integral part of the experience, enhancing your practice, sustaining your energy, and deepening your relationship to conscious living.
Our Gaia Gourmet chefs prepare vibrant, plant-based cuisine using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Rooted in yogic and Ayurvedic principles and inspired by global flavors, each meal is thoughtfully crafted to balance nourishment and enjoyment.
You’ll receive three daily meals (excluding days off), with a rhythm that supports the flow of the day—beginning with breakfast, a more substantial midday meal, and a lighter evening dinner.
We do our best to accommodate dietary needs; however, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free or nut-free environment or the availability of substitutions in all cases.
“The Gaia Gourmet food was another highlight. This was my first real experience with Ayurvedic food, and I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I’m not usually vegetarian or vegan, but I never felt like anything was missing. The food was incredibly tasty, there was a huge variety, and the portions felt right. Going to the table for lunch or dinner was always something to look forward to because you never knew what combination of dishes was coming next.”

WHY LAKSHMI RISING
A Different Kind of Yoga Teacher Training
Our 200-hour yoga teacher training in Mallorca is designed as a comprehensive, residential experience that integrates vinyasa yoga, classical philosophy, modern science, somatic movement, and a holistic, trauma-informed approach to learning and teaching.
This is not a training focused solely on technique. It is an opportunity to engage with yoga as a lived practice that supports awareness, responsibility, self-inquiry, and meaningful personal growth.
The Lakshmi Rising methodology was developed by founder and program director Dr. Liz Lindh through decades of study, teaching, and work in yoga and the healing arts. In Mallorca, the training is led by senior Lakshmi Rising faculty Gaby Colletta and Martina Saorin, experienced educators who bring their own areas of expertise while remaining deeply rooted in the philosophy, curriculum, and teaching approach of the school.
This model allows you to learn from multiple perspectives while receiving a cohesive educational experience grounded in classical yoga, embodied practice, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and thoughtful teaching methodology.
Through daily practice, self-inquiry, plant-based nourishment, community, and ritual, you’ll develop more than the practical skills to teach. You’ll cultivate the awareness, confidence, and discernment to make the practice your own and share it in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your understanding of yoga, this training offers a strong foundation you can continue to build on long after your time in Mallorca.
“If I had to describe the Lakshmi Rising curriculum in one word, it would be holistic. You don’t just study yoga here, you immerse yourself in it. For three weeks, you have the opportunity to live and breathe the practice, incorporating yoga, philosophy, Ayurveda, meditation, nourishing food, daily discipline, self-reflection, and community into your life. Everything connects, and the entire experience is incredibly love-centered. Even when the training brings up profound emotions or things within yourself that you need to unpack, there is a sense that you are in a safe space and are loved and accepted as the whole person you are.”

“After three weeks, I feel that I have the tools not only in my own body and practice but also to teach and cue other people. I am from Germany and English is not my first language, so one of the biggest things for me personally was seeing how much my English yoga cueing improved. I am leaving with the confidence that I could actually go out and teach a yoga class in English, which is something I’m very proud of.”
